PRINCIPAL PARTNER
Adenike Eichie serves as the Principal Partner at Tonik Law Partners, bringing over 15 years of extensive legal experience. Her expertise spans Corporate, Property, Family, and Intellectual Property (IP) law, providing tailored advice to both individual and organizational clients across a wide range of transactions and disputes.
Adenike holds an LL.B (Hons) from Lagos State University and a B.L (Hons) from the Nigerian Law School. She also earned a master’s degree in human resources and industrial Relations from Lagos State University, complemented by an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology in Washington, D.C USA. Her professional qualifications include the CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management and certifications in Prosci Change Management as a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner from the United Kingdom.

Her legal practice is further distinguished by her specialized certifications in General course on Intellectual Property, Advanced course on Copyright and Related Rights, and Advanced Course on Intellectual Property Management from the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) USA.​​With a wealth of legal and managerial experience, Adenike excels in delivering sound legal counsel, ensuring regulatory compliance, fostering robust corporate governance, and driving transformative strategies for organizational growth and sustainability.Adenike’s is duly registered with the Lagos Island branch of Nigerian Bar Association and her legal journey began at Tsedaqah Attorneys in Lagos, where she developed her expertise in corporate and commercial law as well as litigation.Following all her certification in the United States and United Kingdom, she continued to enhance her skills, taking on complex legal matters and contributing significantly to the success of Tonik Law Partners.

Adewole Kola graduated from the Polytechnic of Ibadan in 2004. He later obtained a certification in Estate Management, which marked the beginning of his real estate career in 2013. He joined Propertylink Real Estate Investment Limited as a Sales Manager, where he successfully managed a portfolio valued at over ₦1 billion.
Following his tenure at Propertylink, Adewole entered a three-year partnership with Kylix Limited, gaining extensive experience in real estate joint ventures and building construction.
For the past five years, Adewole has been an integral part of Tonik Law Partners (TLP), where he has played a pivotal role in assisting clients with acquiring landed properties, fully developed properties, and investment-grade assets. His expertise has significantly contributed to TLP’s financial growth and enhanced its reputation in the real estate sector.
ADEMOLA ADEKUNLE
Property Manager
Adekunle Ademola graduated from the Polytechnic of Ibadan in 2000. He subsequently earned a certification in Estate Management, embarking on his real estate career in 2002 with DNO Properties. In 2003, he transitioned to JBB Engineering Company, where he was appointed Property Manager and successfully managed a sales portfolio exceeding ₦650 million.
From 2019 to 2023, Adekunle partnered with Tonik Law Partners, contributing significantly to their real estate initiatives. In 2023, he pursued his entrepreneurial aspirations by founding Deed Luxury Homes Limited, a property firm specializing in building construction since 2012.
Currently serving as a Property Consultant for Tonik Law Partners, Adekunle brings a wealth of expertise in sales, joint ventures, estate management, and due diligence, making him a key player in the real estate sector.
